Entrepreneurs are not like most regular volunteers...

...because they come with unique attitudes, skills, and resources—and their catalytic hearts need a different church experience than they're used to getting. Pastoring them is truly different, but when they are activated they bring a catalytic energy that helps churches grow.

In this workshop you'll learn:

  • What entrepreneurs want from church with insights taken from hundreds of conversations and large scale research
  • Keys to pastoring entrepreneurs
  • How to view entrepreneurs through a gifts perspective
  • Insights into helping staff create a welcoming environment

Pastoring Entrepreneurs for a More Entrepreneurial Church

We're calling a generation of entrepreneurs to be on mission as we equip the church to disciple them.

We believe that every Christ-following business owner is called to be on mission in the marketplace. The entrepreneurial spirit is part of the unique gift set that God has placed within His body and fuels momentum and growth when it is activated.

  • Entrepreneurs can be an extension of the church as they build a business.

  • Entrepreneurs are uniquely gifted to display Jesus to the world.

  • They can catalyze change in both communities and industries.

  • When activated, small businesses, solopreneurs, and microbusinesses can have a major impact on the kingdom and your church.
